My 30 Day Water Challenge

Being indoors in the past few weeks, given me and opportunity to connect with myself. During this time, I have decided to take up a challenge (which I hope to make into an ongoing habit). I am going to challenge myself to drink at least 64 oz water for the next 30 days starting May 1st 2020 (Yes it a random day). 
H2O - it offers an abundance of benefits like increasing energy, promoting weight loss, flushing out toxins, and boosting the immune system. 
It is recommended that an individual consume at least 64 ounces of water per day. If you want to get more specific, divide your body weight in half, then aim to drink that many ounces of water per day. For example, a person who weighs 175 pounds would have a goal to drink 79 ounces. 
It seems like a simple thing, but many of us don't drink enough water (I am guilty of this)... so let give this a shot!!
