My 30 Days of Meditation

Another challenge to myself - meditate for 30 days straight.
Due to COVID-19, it looks like I will be staying indoors for few weeks and during this time I would like help develop myself mentally, physically and emotionally. 
Over the past few years, I have been trying to mediate - literally to stay in one place and to connect my inner self. This may sound easy, but definitely difficult (especially for me). So, instead of staying indoors and watching some random show.... why note develop myself.
The goal of this challenge to help me to do the following:
1) Let your brain run wild
2) Connect with myself
3) Rediscover who I am
4) To take a break
Let's give this a shot and see how it goes.
