Alberta: Calgary
During the night of day one, the next pit stop was in Calgary, Alberta.
Peace Bridge is a bridge that accommodates people walking and cycling across the Bow River in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The bridge, designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, opened for use on March 24, 2012.
The Bow is not only a landmark for Calgary but the company which the office is located in this building has a long history with the country. The head is worth a visit, especially at night. When it is all lit up, it is truly stunning, and the Bow building behind it just amplifies the coolness. You can walk inside it and around it. A fantastic piece of art, and right downtown!
How are you guys spending you time in Quarantine. Please remember this small action makes a huge impact!
